This patient was unhappy with the shape, colour, and spacing of the porcelain crowns (caps) placed on her two front teeth. She was interested in replacing these two crowns to create a more aesthetic appearance.

After 
After removal of the crowns, two new porcelain crowns were placed on her front teeth. By changing the size of the teeth and closing the space between them, a significant aesthetic improvement was achieved.
